BenchMark Physical Therapy

Edit: 4/29 Updating my review to 5 stars. Staff personally addressed my issues and when we went to therapy today the office space had been cleaned! I hope this doesn’t add more work for the therapists in the office, however having a clean space looked much more professional. I appreciated the direct conversation with me this afternoon regarding my issues and how they were taken seriously and responded to in a timely manner. Thanks Gabe! I wish I could give a 5 star review because Jalesa is amazing. She has really helped my son with his shoulder pain and I’ve been impressed with her knowledge. However, the office is disgustingly dirty. Yall need to hire a cleaning crew. Everything is dusty and the floor hasn’t been swept or vacuumed in the front lobby since we’ve been going over the past 6 weeks. It’s not the therapists job to clean the office. It’s a bit disappointing to see how the office not cleaned. Don’t even get me started on the bathroom. Gross. Please hire an after hours cleaner. Or else I’d be giving a 5 star review.

I had a great Physical Therapy and she was very knowledgeable. She was kind and showed her patience that she really cared. All my pain is gone. I highly recommend going to the Grovetown GA BenchMark office. Well done!

I broke 2 bones in my wrist in November, requiring surgery and pins. I was referred to Hannah at the Grovetown Benchmark for my OT. She was great and significantly improved both range of motion and strength in my hand and wrist. She pushed me but always worked within my pain tolerance level. So thankful for all she and Benchmark did for me. Everyone was so nice and professional. I highly recommend.
