Beltone Hearing Aid Center

I could not be happier with my Beltone hearing aid center. It was raining cats and dogs when I arrived soaking wet. I was having my hearing aids connected to my new phone. The receptionist was friendly and inviting, helping every step of the way, which wasn't easy. I thank her very much for being so patient, understanding and knowledgeable.

Mr Eric Dos did my hearing test and was very clear in explaining the process and also why it’s important to wear hearing aids when you have hearing loss and cochlea nerve damage. He presented the hearing aid options and helped us choose the best option within our budget. The lady at the front desk, I think her name is Wendy, was very helpful working with our insurance.

Each of my visits to this office has been a wonderful experience. Wendy at the front desk is always professional and polite. Mr. Doss the audiologist, is the best. He takes his time to make sure your visit is productive. He makes you feel valued. He's always very professional and informative. Great vibes!

The young man that performed my hearing exam Erik Dos, (Hearing Instrument Specialist) was very thorough. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood what he was doing. Very Patient and I never felt rushed. Showed me the kind of Hearing Aids available and allowed me to pick a color I liked. I’ve had hearing tests done before but never this thorough. I would highly recommend him and Beltone to anyone.
