Beefed Up!

Service is great, greeted as soon as I walked in very little wait to receive service. I ordered the Burger and Fries... Everything on it, add Cheese and Bacon. Average wait time for a fresh cooked hamburger. The lettuce looked questionable, it lacked freshness -wasn't crispy appeared slimy and black (see photo). That was the most disappointing part of the whole experience, someone actually grabbed a limp, soggy piece of lettuce and thought it would be a good idea to use it on a hamburger The burger (minus the lettuce) tasted good and the seasoned crinkle fries were good as well. For $14.53 I would expect more fries and crispy fresh lettuce

Went there with my husband & tried the breakfast burger, double burger, regular & chili cheese fries, the bacon wrapped & regular hotdog. Pros: Food is made to order, which is a nice change to cold fast food burgers. Burgers are small, homemade, and well seasoned. They're very good taste like something you'd make at home, which is a welcome change to most burger joints. The chili cheese fries were run of the mill but good. Hotdogs are big but nothing special. Cons: Fried egg on breakfast burger has to be fried hard, no option for a runny yoke that is quintessential (IMO) for a good burger with egg. I'm sure this is some stupid law & not their fault. Prices are a bit high for the portion size. I would also recommend ordering a specialty burger rather than paying for toppings separately, which will cost more. All in all the burgers are good & worth a visit everything else get if ur in the mood for them.

Chili cheese fries were excellent! Best I've had in a long time. They made the fries fresh for my order. I enjoy my food and chatting with these folks each time I go. I like supporting their business. They work hard and serve quality food. If you haven't tried it, go here!

This was the best food I think I’ve ever eaten. I had the Cheese Beef Hoagie w/ fries & it was amazing. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, all the toppings made it come together just perfect. I highly recommend! Also, the customer service was absolutely outstanding!

Woo hoo... they have a store front now. Located on Knox Ave by the donut shop. We've been stopping at their food truck for a long time. If the other "diner" is getting old, go get "BEEFED UP". Hamburgers hot dogs and sausage dogs...you can't go wrong.
