Baymont by Wyndham Augusta West

I had a horrific experience at this hotel. As I was laying in the bed I kept smelling a urine odor. After doing a smell check, we found a dried urine spot on the mattress!! We were upgraded to a new room but the refrigerator didn’t work. The next room we were given looked as though someone just slept in the bed. We were eventually given a refund thankfully. The lady at the front desk was great and very hospitable but I will never return to this hotel

Visited this location for secure, quiet and peaceful stay prior to taking an important state board exam in Augusta GA. Was woken up around 0830 am with terribly LOUD renovations, website states “painting only” however the noise-which was NOT painting continued all day long. Unable to be in my room with time to focus and be in a quiet environment without distraction. Breakfast was terrible, small cups for coffee and if you are a coffee person like me, you LIKE your multiple cups of coffee. Friendly staff, however the renovations ruin the experience. Do not stay here until after renovations are complete-should be a sign at the check in about the renovations prior to accepting your room. Would like refund and a quiet place to stay. Please do better for your guest!

I stayed at this Baymont location due to a family member in a nearby hospital. Ms. Faye was working the front desk. She is an absolute angel!!! After some back and forth light banter, my spirits were lifted. We then shared a brief story of our loved one's medical journey. Hearing her story was EXACTLY what i needed to hear. Having that experience with Ms. Faye meant the entire world to me. Baymont Inn is extremely fortunate to have her representing their company.

Clean and comfortable. No surprises but I wasn’t expecting much. Good place to stay when driving through or working in Augusta. Breakfast leaves something to be desired. Go elsewhere. Otherwise acceptable

Thank you so much for all of your help in accommodating someone who works night shift!! It was the best sleep ever!!! The shower and room itself are so clean!! Omg, the bed and pillows were amazing!! You would never know you are next to the highway.
