Took my phone for screen repair and they did it within a reasonable time and price honestly nice and simple I did have a problem with the time numbers on my Lock Screen but restarted it and now it’s working fine

The only reason that I gave them a one star, is because zero storage was not an option. My experience was beyond pitiful and frustrating. Made an appointment at 5:30 to have my iPhone 11 screen replaced. After taking off work early, and waking the kids up from there nap, we headed to get the screen replace. Showed up a couple minutes early to my 5:30pm appointment, only to be told that there was no guarantee they could get it down because 2 people were ahead of me. I asked multiple questions to try to understand the situation, and I was told that my 530 appointment only guaranteed that they would have the parts, it did not guarantee that they would actually have time to fix it. To me, this makes absolutely no sense. I asked them if the two peoples phones that were ahead of me had scheduled an appointment? He said that they did not schedule an appointment, but just because I had an appointment did not mean I would be in line in front of them. My phone did not get repaired, even though I scheduled an appointment, took off work early, and was there on time. A company like this that cannot honor their word deserves to be out of business. Terrible customer experience, highly recommend phone repair elsewhere. Huge waste of time.

Took daughters phone in to replace screen. We are in SC on vacation and her screen went out as soon as we got started. Made an appointment online went in drop off. Guy was super nice and made me feel comfortable about leaving her iPhone 6. An hour later my daughter went and picked up her phone and it was working. Saved $10 just for making an appointment online. Lots of appointments. Very cheap. Loved it. Awesome customer service

Making a reservation to have my phone battery replaced made the process very easy and less expensive. 10% discount for making a reservation was a bonus. I arrived early, but was helped immediately and the job was done quickly. The employees in the store were helpful and happy..
