Bates, Smith, and Strickland Insurance

Every time I add a safer car to my policy and remove the previous car, my insurance rises $100 every month.

I wish I had found this company a year ago. Jenny found an auto policy that is saving me $400/month!!! Over the moon happy. Would definitely recommend.

I have been going through them for a couple years now for my car insurance. They are always extremely helpful and friendly and they always do what they can to help you. Extremely affordable. Ive had Nationwide as well as a couple more companies. I highly recommend Bates, Smith and Strickland!

They have their customers best interest at heart. They found me a great price on home insurance when my current home insurance more than doubled!

Seemingly notably unprofessional (in a disorganized or unprioritized way if that makes sense), and also charge you an extra $100 more for insurance than any other company I know. They have charged me the most, out of progressive, state farm, liberty mutual, root, etc. Outright absurd. Just way too over priced, even for straight liability. I have 2 accidents and 2 tickets and with these guys, its $360/month , with progressive it is $270/month and everyone else averages at $180/month. Yeah, don't waste your money or time with these people. Just don't. Please don't.
