I returned the phone call and left a message but no one called back. Then a different person emailed me, so I just let it go. The reason is because the review leaves the main info needed, so why reiterate and you tell me what a great employee you have and how this has never happened. I kinda know how this goes. Sharon did not seem to know much about the type of loan we needed (VA) and asked us the SAME questions over and over which frustrated us both. After excluding my income due to her own assumption, but including my 830 credit score for the loan and scrutinizing our assets which I provided most of as a result of my career income which was excluded, Sharon sends a letter telling my husband she enjoyed working with him and CCed me. STOP PLAYING WITH ME!!!!! Either address to us both (Mr. & Mrs.) or send the message to him only, simple. Why copy me on that shadiness? If they were not the builder's preferred lender, I would not have gone with them, so trust, the feeling is mutual from us (my husband and me) both.

James and his team were fabulous throughout the process. They helped me navigate and resolve issues with my credit report. They communicated expectations all along the way. They made the process very easy for me to complete through the online system as I am in Georgia. I anticipate purchasing additional investment properties in the North Augusta area, and plan to partner with James on all of them. FIVE STARS

These guys are garbage, pushy, snakeoil business operators. Their representatives are pushy, have terrible attitudes and operate like they're the only authoritative property insurers available to home owners in the south. Avoid them if at all possible.

Highly recommend Jennifer Gross and team. She kept expenses low and got us the best rate possible. She understands the buyer's view and advocates aggressively for the best possible deal. We've done multiple loans with her and plan to do our next one with her as well.

James Gay was excellent from start to finish we had great responses. Great explanations of options that would best fit our situation as well as guidance for things we didn't think of or know about. The whole experience was easy and took the pressure off of us with all of the things we had to accomplish; moving and selling our other home.
