Melanie Bowen is trying to cover the day to day operations as a secondary job and is only in the Training Center part of the time.She request to all instructor to email at least a 3 weeks ahead of time because she never have time,she is not in the office,she do not answer the phone calls,she is not available. Due to this, Melanie make terrible arrangements,too many errors, print cards take more 20 days,schedules is so stressful ,supplies needs never available , add classes, doing supporting paperwork and handle the classroom reservation in the calender.The majority of time she sending email I apologize for all the confusion or for any inconvenience this task is in addition to my normal duties and is very busy department Melanie. The training center GRU AHA website is no longer available and do not have full time coordinator to help instructors or students.
