Good App and buses seem to be on time as reflected in the App (that earn the star). Too few buses making it a useless system. Should increase the number of buses. Over 80 min per bus is laughable.

It's 100 degrees outside and the bus drivers pull up and unload. As soon as the bus is empty, they immediately exit the bus and go inside to the air conditioning and sit, leaving everyone (mere peons) to swelter in the heat while they can be seen languishing in the cool building. We've had this problem before, in the winter, and it got resolved. Now the operators have gotten lax and become lazy, probably laughing at us waiting for them outside in the heat wave. Straight inconsiderate and selfish... This is not about passengers getting OFF the bus, it's about passengers getting ON the bus after it arrives, and having to stand outside WAITING IN THE EXTREME HEAT prior to the operator returns, sometimes 15-20 minutes! Your response does not even address the problem...

I got on the bus with a drive they call Red. I already have to catch three busses to Augusta Tech. We got to the Kmart stop and the bus said we had two minutes before Lumpkin road. He could have called ahead to ask them to wait. He told me the bus left twenty minutes ago. He lied for no reason. I then had to wait an hour for next one.

6/17/21, First time client today, Augusta Paratransit Services.... Ghetto.....Did not show up until 9:50am for a 10:00am appointment. And, I had one at 12:00pm. B/C I had no other means of transportation and I knew I was going to be gravely late, I had to cancel both of my appointments b/c there is no Grace period for these doctors, and I previously told them that. I was told by a second hand person via the supervisor Denise, "Most doctor's give a 15 minute grace period." Well not these two. Use at your own risk.

DO NOT TRUST THIS TO BE ACCURATE!! What a nightmare. I have an injured leg and walking or standing is very painful. I relied on this app but it is usless because they do not update it any time they they just decide to only run one route. If you plan your survival around trusting this information your chances of making it are ZERO.
