Have been using this company for my screenprinting business for many years. Great Selection and quality is usually pretty good. They do beautiful embroidery. The company however, is not well managed. Orders are completely unreliable (wrong sizes, colors, adult vs youth, quantities, false lead times, improperly labeled sizes, mislabeled bags) and their efforts to fix it are often grossly negligent and I have to swallow the cost for their mistakes. Their mistakes reflect poorly on my business and I have lost customers over it. I wish I could find a better company to replace their selection.

Completely unreliable and has no sense of customer service. Our two sons were signed up for soccer through our local YMCA. The uniforms were to be provided by this company. We purchased the uniforms roughly two weeks before the first game. We did not receive our shipment until half-way through the season. That is not an exaggeration, it took over two months for our order to be shipped to our house. Our sons played four games without a uniform, which is ridiculous, and they also did not have the uniforms for the team pictures. I emailed them multiple times and they gave some excuse about their systems being behind, or needing a major update due to a holiday. Very vague. I also requested multiple times for some kind of compensation, which they completely ignored. Apparently it's okay to receive a shipment two months later, resulting in the uniforms only being used for half the season, and I should be expected to pay full price for it, with no explanation from their company. If you can avoid doing business with this company, I highly recommend you do so. If you or your organization placed an order through them, good luck. You may be better off driving to their warehouse and picking it up yourself.

Since the merger or buyout from Momentum brand, Augusta sportswear has failed my business. I ordered some blank headwear for decoration 2 weeks before an event and we are 3 days away from the event and have not received the headwear. The order has not been shipped yet!!! Their website said at the time we ordered the blanks that they had hundreds of the blank headwear we needed. It looks like the merger screwed up the shipping process 100%. We tried calling them to resolve the issue but no luck. We were on hold for over an hour and the automated assistant kept saying “There are 10 callers ahead of you”. We gave up and tried emailing and to no avail! Get your act together guys!

Bean counters. CSRs complain about their new internal Zoom chat. If there was quality service before the merger, it is gone. You can’t talk to the artists directly. The middle person kept asking artwork questions not pertaining to my artwork or order. I’m writing this as I’m on hold behind “at least 10 callers in front of you,” begging to see if they can overnight our delivery so we don’t miss 2 games without jerseys. They have no desire to escalate, etc. 10-Day lead time became 35+. Will not be using them again.

I ordered a set of basketball shorts and tops. When I got them, they did not match (two different shades of purple). So I called customer service. They recommended I choose another set. So, I ordered them. They too did not match... Then I went with a white set of shorts, but they were very short shorts and not basketball shorts (and did not match the white on the reversible purple/white basketball tops). I finally ordered another set and they matched. When I called customer service about returning the first three orders, they said it would be no problem to return as their customer service rep recommended the items and they did not know their product. They sent me two return authorizations and I sent back all three orders under two return authorizations. They have refunded part of the orders, but not all. They insist that part of it has been refunded to my debit card - but there is no record of it in my bank account. So, they have taken $600 (orders placed in October of 2020) and are laughing in my face. Can't get anyone on the phone - but have received a few snarky emails. Problem is - they have great quality products - but customer service is seriously lacking!!!!!!!!!!!! Get it together Augusta Sportswear!!!!
