Augusta Roofing Pros gave us the best estimate price for replacing our roof when it was damaged from Hurricane Helene. They stayed within the limits of the insurance adjustment claim report. They tarped our roof until they could get to our house. They did an outstanding job repairing the damage, replacing the roof, meeting code, and clean up. Now we have a new, awsome roof. Water mitigation work can resume in a dry house. We are one step closer to returning home from temporary housing, thanks to Augusta Roofing Pros!

I met with TJ and his counterpart after a nasty storm tore the back side of my roof up to try and get some repairs done. I had already canceled business with another roofing company did me wrong. So I was more then satisfied that TJ was understanding and willing to explain everything to me. The day of the inspection, they laid down tarp just as a show of good faith in our business which impressed me and showed they cared about my property and a job well done. Day of the repairs I left for work and they laid all new shingles down on the backside of my house and it looks fantastic. It has a 5 year warranty and if I ever have to deal with them again with prior or future business, it won't be a hassle. Great job guys.

First impressions mean a lot! I Had an inspection scheduled they showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. Very knowledgeable professional and courteous! I look forward to working with them! I'll post more after they complete the work ! But so far so good! UPDATE: TJ met with the insurance adjuster on schedule and so far so good.. new roof replacement approved ! Will update during and after the job is complete ! UPDATE : Roof is complete and couldn't be happier ! These guys did a great job, kept me in the loop and I would recommend them to everybody !
