I can’t say enough good things about this office! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the entire process smooth, handling all my billing concerns efficiently and ensuring my prescriptions were sent in a timely manner. Dr. Lewis and my therapist, Morgan, have been absolutely wonderful—both are compassionate, attentive, and truly invested in their patients’ well-being. I always feel heard and supported in every session. On top of the excellent care, the office itself is spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a calm and comfortable environment. If you’re looking for a practice that genuinely cares about its patients, I highly recommend them!

The psychiatrist and counselor I work with have been amazing. They listen; they treat and do what they need to do. However, the lack of communication, constant changes, hidden surprise fees that are thrown on without proper notification or any at all, and issues with signing off on prescriptions (because of some in office made up rule that they only sign off 2 days a week) causing a 5-day lapse is absolutely negligent and concerning. I don't mind new processes and procedures when they are communicated effectively and would be quite satisfied if I had even received an email regarding this information. However, things have gotten worse since I no longer have a portal to communicate and access. I do hope things get better and hope others can post reviews more favorable to the entire company as the humans who treat patients, have been wonderful.

I haven't had an appointment yet and already have a poor review. I was recently transferred to this office when my NP moved away. In between now and my initial appointment scheduled for later this summer, one of my meds ran out. I called the office to ask for a renewal. I was charged $35 because I had requested a prescription renewal outside of office hours, given a small lecture on letting them know at least 5 days in advance of needing a refill, told the physician there only signed prescriptions on 2 days per week and, when asked what to do if I started to go through withdrawal while waiting on my prescription, was told "go to the ER. Your care is important to us." Running out of a prescription is on me. But charging a $35 fee to do your job as a physician by renewing prescriptions and only deigning to do that job twice a week is ridiculous and feels unethical. (After my request, the office called back to confirm my contact information, to include the spelling of my name....all of which should be in my records along with the meds and dosages. I hope I get the right meds..)

I'm happy to report that the office administrator promptly addressed and resolved my recent concerns. Her responsiveness and professionalism made a real difference. I look forward to continuing with this practice and, unless any major issues arise in the future, I would confidently recommend them in the strongest possible terms.
