I’ve only been renting from this company for three months. We do not pay rent later than two weeks into the month which I understand is not a good thing, but with the economy being the way that it is, it is rough and sometimes we will be late. They collect the late fee and then are so quick to start eviction processes on the 10th of the month. I’m just tired of dealing with these rental companies that have no compassion. We’re talking two weeks into the month And being threatened for eviction. Under so much stress dealing with them.

I recently vacated an apartment rented from Augusta partners property management. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They rent substandard properties, the apartment I rented was infested with roaches lady bugs and wasps. All they said was my responsibility to get rid of. The property had no heat or insulation and the AC was barely functional. I left the apartment cleaner then when I moved in and they are keeping most of my deposit which I definitely feel should be given back due to the infestations of insects. No insulation and outdated electrical. DO NOT RENT FROM AUGUSTA PARTNERS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE SLUM LORDS.

We have rented multiple properties from them. This last one was absolutely unbelievable. We contacted them multiple times with issues within the home. They never came out of fixed anything. When we moved in the carpet was filthy and dirty when we moved out they charged us for stuff. That was wrong before we even moved into the apartments. This is one of the most horrible rental companies I have ever experienced in my life. If you read this review please please save yourself soon.i literally broke my kneck trying to make sure this home was OK before we left. They still found something to charge us for. Honestly they should be ashamed of the way day treat people.

I have used Augusta Partners for two years now, as they have been managing several of my properties. There are several aspects to the work that they do for me that deserve acknowledgement! I trust and respect the experience they bring and depend on their advice. Grace is wonderful to work with, thoughtful, considerate and professional. Shelley is attentive, friendly and follows through till the job is complete. Clyde is experienced, incredibly useful (I depend on him so much)! Great asset! I am very thankful for Augusta Partners! I recommend their services!
