Colin with Augusta Hearing Aids TRULY cares about making sure that his patients have the device that is best suited for their needs. He answered a call after hours to give me advice about how to best utilize my new set of hearing aids. Colin also prides himself in service after the sale. I 100% recommend his services.

Kindness goes such a long way! My husband had a problem with one of his hearing aid pods not working. I called the office we purchased them from and no one was available. So I went on the hunt to find someone that could help us before a long holiday weekend. Taking a shot in the dark, I left an online message with Augusta Hearing Aids asking if we could possibly be seen the next day since we were going out of town. Mr. Riordan text back after working hours asking how he could assist us . I was shocked! He was so kind and gracious enough to walk us step by step thru the process of getting them working again. I wish we had found this office sooner. We will certainly be visiting here in the future. Thank you again Mr. Riordan. We are very appreciative of you taking the time to help us this evening.

Mr Riordan was extremely knowledgeable about what type hearing aids would be suitable for me. He answered all my questions and even helped me with fitting of my old hearing aids. The reason for my visit was that my old hearing aids did not fit properly and I couldn’t wear them. Thanks to him taking the time to help they fit perfectly. It was nice to have an office in McCormick now so I don’t have to travel to Augusta.

I highly recommend August Hearing Aids. They had excellent communication before and after my appointment. Collin really knows his stuff. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences in hearing aids, and not trying to oversell me. I have had my new hearing aids for 2 weeks. They were custom molded and fit perfect the first time. I am thrilled with the improved quality, and most importantly the comfort.

I hope I can give more than the max. stars, my husband hear aid is damaged, and we bought it in Germany in 2021, the gentleman in this shop support us a lot, he is quiet and calm, take the hear aid for checking, even that is out of warrant, he still try his best to help us, without charge, and take nearly one hour to dry the hear aid and make phone call to hotline to ask if possible to repair in USA. We appreciate so much from bottom of our heart, we feel helpless when the hear aid get damaged, in this situation the gentleman in the shop is like a man bring us light in the darkness. Thanks very much, we are so impressed by friendly people from USA, and his professional work also impressed us, usually the shop will be so nice when they sale product, but he is so nice and helpful even we take his time and support without paying. You are so great :)
