I spoke with someone at this company not once but twice explained i was moving May 31st they agreed to wait until June 2nd to pick up can . Instead they took my can May 30th!! Called June 2nd was assured they would pick up trash from in front of yard June 3rd even advised how much trash. Got text from neighbor trash not picked up . I truly don't understand what is so hard about keeping your word!@

This company is massively incompetent. All they're good for is collecting money. I pay for garbage pickup on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but most Saturdays they don't pick up, leaving my car full of trash. I contact them and explain that they always drop off my garbage on Saturdays, and they don't do anything about it. They're completely useless.

100% do not recommend. My trash has been sitting on the curb since last week. I called to inquire on why. I was advised they will pick it up Monday. Then told Tuesday.. Still no pick up. Avoid this company and save yourself the headache. My trash pick up is on Thursday. It is now Wednesday and there has been no pick up since last week.

Rates just went up without any warning or preparation. The paperwork that came in the mail didn't state what the increase was for and I despise when businesses think doing this is OK. When I called to check on what the increase was for I wasn't given any specific information on what it was for..just that everybody's is going up and that's not answering the question at all. Not to mention the employee was very nonchalant and not really concerned with the issue or really explaining their stance. I guess they feel you need your trash taken out so we can name our own price when we feel like it.

I've been with Augusta Disposal for 3 years. The rates just increased for the first time. This was to be expected as there are rising costs with EVERYTHING including increased labor costs. I have been happy with their service and there has never been an issue with pickups or billing.
