Augusta Cigar Club

On a recent family trip to Augusta I visited the Augusta Cigar Club. The cigar club is located in downtown Augusta, provides a relaxed atmosphere, and decent selection of cigars. The music is a bit too loud, which makes is difficult to connect with other cigar guests. The beverage selection is decent, well priced, and the staff is friendly. There are a lot of regular cigar guests, which provides the opportunity to learn more about the bar and restaurant scene in Augusta. I had a 4.5 experience.

As a member of the Augusta Cigar Lounge I can honestly say life is a little bit less stressful. It's a place where you can network, relax or just unwind. The atmosphere and vibe is str8 chill. If you like to Indulge in cigars and love being around great people, I definitely encourage you to check out the Augusta Cigar Lounge

I love this place so much. The hospitality is absolutely top notch. Jimmy and Eric are co-owners and they make sure to walk around and engage with and introduce themselves to everyone. I love Barry and Tasha as well and all the employees here. I literally will come here every chance I get. This place is so relaxing, chill and you are surrounded around great company!

Amazing staff and location, great atmosphere and music, cigars are good priced. Staff super observant of anything going on, has a great selection of drinks and cigars for pairing.

I will NEVER go to this establishment ever again. My friend and I came here on a Saturday night, and while the vibes were okay; my card was swiped for an unauthorized amount after I closed out my tab. I called them (several times) to let them know what had happened, but they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. They kept saying they would call me back, but I was the one that had to reach back out. They also refused to do any type of research to figure out how that happened. When I pressed the issue (for the 3rd) time, they still had no explanation as to why my card was charged a 2nd time for an unauthorized amount. To “resolve” the issue, they told me to just call my bank and dispute the charge, and they would agree to refund the money. This should have never happened in the first place, but besides that I am HIGHLY disappointed in their attitude toward them basically robbing me. We won’t be back.
