Cirruses are complex aircraft with specialized maintenance needs. On more than one occasion, Augusta Aviation has handled important maintenance to keep me flying while taking as much of the headache out as possible. I highly recommend George and the Augusta Aviation team for your maintenance needs!

I have had a number of reasons to visit and utilize Augusta Aviation over the last few years. As an active Platinum CSIP I fly over 1100 Cirrus hours per year so I encounter a lot of maintenance issues. Although Augusta is not the closest shop to me, I found them to be extremely helpful and able to schedule, diagnose and fix any problem I have had. Those issue have included Avionics’s issues, TKS sender problems and turbo/magneto problems associated with my Cirrus SR20 and SR22T. George, Chris and Jacob have been terrific shop stewards and have always been responsive and helpful. I would recommend Augusta Aviation to anyone having issues with their airplanes. Trip and Barry are awesome Flight Instructors! It's their fault I'm hooked! I am appreciative to have passionate people who care about teaching others the joy of flying.

Augusta Aviation is an outstanding flight school and I could not imagine a better place to learn to fly. I trained with Barry, Paul and Peter and they are all great flight instructors with countless years of experience. The three 172Ms are all very well maintained and I never had difficulty scheduling flights with the planes or instructors. The entire staff from Erin and Ed at the front desk to the line men are professional and courteous and and they have become my friends over the last few months. The CFIs lead you from your discovery flight to your first solo to your XCs to the check ride seamlessly and safely. Daniel field is a perfect learning airport and Augusta has relatively consistent weather. If I could redo my training I would do nothing differently. I felt confident going into my check ride and was able to earn my Private Pilot Certificate after 44.6 total hours. This is a testament to the great training at Augusta Aviation. I liked the operation at Augusta Aviation so much that I drove from Atlanta to train. You would be hard pressed to find a better flight school in the South East.

Will is a boss. So personable and helps you feel relaxed in a new environment. Flying is extremely unnatural at first but he takes his personal expertise and makes you feel comfortable. I passed my checkride the first time and definitely could not have done that without him. I highly recommend him and a noteworthy mention…. He can handle any situation that pops up and knows how to manipulate the airplane controls better than anyone.
