Augusta Ace Hardware

I bought a TOYOTA 4Runner keyless smart key fob online. Ace warehouse at 2803 Wrightsboro Rd Augusta programmed my fob and cut the door key in 15 min. Both works perfectly!

So I’ve been a regular customer here since I moved back to Augusta 2 years ago. I’ve spent over $2K on yard products & a gas grill. I recently was there & spent close to $100. Realized later I forgot to use one of the coupons they regularly send me - $15 off on a purchase greater than $75. I stopped by & asked if they could still honor it (I was planning on another purchase that day but not that much). 1st person seemed agreeable, but noted they would have to reverse out original purchase, & then rering everything to apply the discount. Then 2nd person joined in & said no - I’d have to apply it to a new qualifying purchase. Well. Thanks for that ACE. You just lost a valuable customer over a $15 coupon. I’ll be shopping at HD & Lowe’s from now on.

i love this ace so much. everyone is so helpful and nice. there's this one elderly man who's literally the best employee at any establishment ever. he needs a raise asap. he's so helpful and nice, and he checks on customers. i 100% recommend this store, its an amazing shopping experience and the paint swatches are great.

This hardware store is really close by but it also has better prices for a lot of my home repair or painting projects. Staff is always helpful but doesn't hover. I was buying paint for a project matching this yellow to make a display for a local business and they made it quickly and helped me pick out a few brushes.

Ace is a big chain, but every one I have been to has been decidedly run in whatever manner the owner wants. This location has a lot of variety but still maintains an old-school, no-nonsense general store vibe. Thanks for being awesome!
