The The receptionist was very polite and extremely helpful. She got Doctor Taylor. He also was very very polite. The people were just very friendly there. Dr. Taylor was able to understand the problem very quickly explained what he was doing and had a job done in just a few minutes there. The whole crew there are fantastic people and I would recommend them to anyone just great workers..

While on vacation in HHI I was not able to ear in my left ear . I have bilateral hearing aides I depend on to communicate. It appeared to be working fine and I determined it was because the filter was blocked . I had no extra filters packed and it was the start of our vacation . I went online and found this hearing aide provider. Travis who I spoke with was so pleasant. They had the filters in stock ! We went to the local store to purchase them . Travis actually went above and beyond and changed the filters for me and provided me with extras ! Highly recommend this site if you need help

I was having trouble hearing tones of people's voices. I went to Elite Hearing Center in Spartanburg, SC. The staff were all friendly and my hearing needs were addresses quickly. I was fitted with hearing aids and now I can hear better than ever. Financing was available for the hearing aids, and they worked with me to make it affordable. I recommend these folks.
