the worst company to ever rent a house with. drowning in debt due to their outrageous pricing (that they want to increase by $5 every year) and our shower/toilet/sinks barely work. we have to get maintenance out here 24/7 (after multiple calls and orders submitted) but they still make sure to charge full rent and utilities and get cocky when you miss 1 payment after paying on time every other time like life is predictable. out of my 7 months of living hear, i’ve had to use others houses to wash my ass, brush my teeth, shit and piss, and i can barely make dinner because the sinks don’t work properly. needless to say, i’m excited to be leaving soon.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from Auben Realty. Despite multiple attempts to communicate since January, my emails and calls were completely ignored. To this day, no one has provided an explanation for why the utilities for the property were not canceled as requested or why payments continued even after the house was sold in February. The complete disregard for addressing concerns and taking responsibility for mistakes is unacceptable. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agency, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I am a Landlord and have been working with various property management companies both large and small since 2016. Auben is by far the best company that I've ever worked with, and my tenants are far more satisfied with their service than any other company before. They are proactive, thorough, and will stop at nothing to get the job done. They inherited two VERY difficult situations from a property in my portfolio and handled them so incredibly well. I can't recommend this team or this company enough, they have gone above and beyond, time and time again. The communication has been very good, and the tenants are always grateful for the attention to detail and strong repair team. Thank you Lauren and Sara and Cassie! I could not ask for more!!

They refuse to repair things in a timely manner, (8 months to repair a door that snakes could slip under and now the door knob falls off the replacement constantly, 6 months to temp repair the hvac, foundation issues, kitchen counter leaning and huge gap behind and at baseboards where ants come in and the back door doesnt close or lock properly), or simply remove the repairs from their maintenance list and flat out refuse to fix them, (fence damage to keep autistic kids safe in their own yard). So no, problems have not been all addressed. The house failed section 8 inspection twice because of this and now they are tacking on random fees to my account and refuse to remove them and ignore me when questioned. One actually said she would get the fees removed and after two months, a portion still remains and i pay my rent on time every single month, before the first.

I have been a resident at my present address for over 6 years the current owner purchased the property and I was introduced to Auben Realty. Up until the last 6 months I rated the service very high. My most recent experience was making a payment. I had a accident and I have a disabled daughter. Now because of my daughter's condition her case manager jumped in to assist with rent ,they have sent emails, made phone calls requesting ACH information to release payment. I have called several times, myself .Nikki Blake went out of her way to try and get the information. However we still haven't received the information so the funds can be released. I was given a excuse about a another company messed up nonetheless that has nothing to do with me. We are just attempting to get this paid before it causes me additional health issues.
