AT&T Store

I am not tech savvy and I was getting a new phone and Destiny was the only one working and she was hands down the best employee I have ever come across at AT&T. I have been with AT&T for 24 years and have never received such excellent customer service!!! She had other customers besides me and she was so patient and kind with every single customer she was helping several of us at the same time and handled it like a champ. ! I left and bought a screen protector and went back in the store and she even put it on for me. From the second we walked in we got quality service! Anyone who asks me which store to go to I'm going to tell them to go to the one in Grovetown and see Destiny. If she is not a manager already she should be. If I could give 10 stars, I would!.

Destiny was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable of all of the devices and phone plans. She helped me to start my own line and upgrade my phone. I will definitely be back soon to get another device with her help.

This store always do amazing when it comes to handling my phone plan, gave me the right promo that helped me get the best deals possible. Was able to even walk out with the iPhone 16 pro max. Thanks to Aj in the store. Y’all come see them

AJ was amazing helping me upgrade from an iPhone 11 to the iPhone 16 Plus! He was super knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process quick and easy. Great customer service—definitely ask for AJ if you go to AT&T!

How do I begin? I showed up 30 mins to closing time and was greeted with a smile. I explained my situation with my current phone to AJ and he recommended that I get a new phone. After running through the options of different kinds of phones I chose the one most similar to my previous phones despite it being one of the first phones he suggested. He didn't get frustrated or even try to hurry me along. Meanwhile the place got a sudden uptick in customers AJ was able to handle each customer's needs while simultaneously setting up my new phone. AJ's customer service skills were above and beyond. Truly, I appreciated this youngmans efforts. That being said if you need a new phone talk to AJ at this store!!
