Atomic Road Self Storage

Horrible customer service!! Cleaned out my unit on 11/30 and contacted Atomic Storage. Spoke to someone in person and they assured me that I would be getting my $20 deposit back if unit was in same condition as when I rented it. It was in better shape. Not only did I not get my deposit, but they added insult to injury by completing another EFT for $60. They owe me $80 now. I have tried all week by email (twice) and phone calls to both numbers numerous times and no one will return my calls. Be careful using this storage business. Not reliable!!

No customer service at all. They will not return calls but will continue to bill you for ever. Don't ever give them your credit card number. You will have fraudulent charges .😡

We're do I start: MY unit price was raised by $15 without prior knowledge due to a change in management. I paid my monthly storage fee not knowing it wasn't the whole amount. I went to put items into the unit a few day later and the unit was locked!! When I called the office to enquire about the lock I was told I had to pay a late fee .How do you charge someone a late fee when you raise rates without notification?? When I paid so called "late fee" the manager was on vacation and TOOK the keys with her!!!

I do not understand why I can't get ahold of anyone. I have tried to call the number online , and the number in the automated message to try to ask questions about the unit that i payed 30$ to reserve. I also sent a text to the emergency number that they give you to text or call. Nobody has responded to me and its been 48 hours. I even drove up and there and there is no office or anyone to talk to in person. I am extremely frustrated and i just want my money back but there is NO ONE to even get in touch with about that!?!?

At the last minute I needed a storage building. The owner graciously worked with me and had me set up to store my property guickly. Very helpful. If you need a storage building in North Augusta you can not go wrong here. Og and the prices are unbeatable.
