From my vantage point the company has integrity issues and missed opportunities with leadership communication. I was told one thing in onboarding and then find out 3 months later that the company will not honor the agreement. Don't get me wrong, this is not a bad small business to work for. They offer their contractors benefits and I really loved having all the federal holidays off. I can say I would recommend this company. Just go in eyes wide open and it should be fine. Update - While the issue did happen, Yvette Hanner and the team too the right steps to correct the problem.
