I have been using ATC on Gordon Hwy for several years now. While spending money on car repairs is never a fun thing to do, it’s a necessary evil and I am forever grateful that I found this locally owned business. Jennifer and Meredith greet every customer the same. They are cheerful, welcoming, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, ; understanding that life throws curve balls at all of us and we’re not always prepared to spend a ton of money on our automobiles. They seem to know every customer and remember small details that make you feel like family. The first time I went, I had a laundry list of things needing to be repaired. They took the time to not only make me a list with cost estimates but in what order of importance they recommended fixing them. And as I chipped away at the list over the next year, some prices had gone down. They didn’t have to tell me that seeing that I’d already been quoted a price. But they chose to because at their core, that’s who they are as a business. It’s not a profession where honesty is always practiced and for a single woman with little to no knowledge about cars, it can be intimidating to trust that you’re not being sold on work you don’t need. I have never felt that at ATC. Every employee I’ve ever interacted with has been exceptional and they always take the time to make sure you understand exactly what the problem is before handing over your hard earned money. I cannot say enough about ATC and their staff. I will be a forever customer and would (and have) recommended them to anyone I know.

Called ATC to see if they had any available appointments for a last minute check of my brakes before I went out of town. They were fully booked at the time but Chris said he would still take a quick look at the brake pads just to make sure they were safe for the trip. The location of the brake pads made it a little more complicated than they initially thought so they got my car in for repairs immediately that day and had it ready for me to pick up by 8am the next morning! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and Meredith especially took time to communicate with and explain everything to me in detail. Their customer service is the absolute best and my car now drives amazingly! Thank you!

Had my 2018 F150 in last week to get a a few things diagnosed. Had a great experience overall. Terry kept me updated through the repair process and the technician Anthony did a great job diagnosing and solving my issues. Truck runs great. I’ll definitely be back.

I have had some routine diagnostics, maintenance and repairs done on three of my vehicles and so far it has been a good/positive experience for me and I have recommended them to some friends of mine. They made me aware of recommended maintenance issues and the repairs and quoted me the price for all with a printout, but placed no pressure for me to adhere to them. They allowed me to choose. They also provided transportation for me to get back home , as I had to leave the vehicle for a few hours. All I ask from any service provider of mine is to be honest, nice and up front, because I know a little something about auto mechanics coming from a mechanical family and having worked at a service station on the weekends in the distant past and having done my own repairs and maintenance at times. (To old now and I don't want to do it.) Most of the time I can tell when I am being lied to and I also research on any issue or maintenance issue that I have prior to my auto centers visit for service or repairs. Jennifer, Terry, Meredith so far have been great and I hope things stay the same. Just be upfront as they have been and let me deal with the issue(s) if any.

I joke (not joking) that I want my car to last forever, and atc is helping me make that happen. They are honest, responsive and super helpful. They remember your name and try to anticipate your needs. Happy to say all of my family's cars are serviced at atc!
