ATTENTION VENDORS!!!! This property refus to pay vendors . The will run up a large debt. And not pay. They will find someone to do the work and do to them. Just a cycle of not owing while their pockets get fatter because they don’t have to pay for Maintenance.

New tenant I had a great experience from beginning to end with the process. Janae Was very professional and very hands-on and quick. Kathy is kind. The complex is very quiet I never hear Any of my neighbors so the condo is very soundproof. I love my condo perfect downsize for me and my family. Hoping the atmosphere remains.

Just moved in 2 weeks ago after looking at several Apartments. I loved the size….. only 4 buildings and very quiet! I see kids waiting at the bus stop but never see them! I Love it! It’s been a long time since I have lived in an apartment! Kristy and Annalise are AWESOME!!!!

Me and my boyfriend stay on the bottom floor and we love the renovations. We are overall happy with the apartment we have a few work orders put in and we are waiting for those to get taken care of. I feel like the price we’re paying is a little overpriced but the quality is good.

I've lived here for 2 years and have never had a problem with anything. I went away one day and forgot to close my garage door and when I came back everything was still there and nothing was touched. Everyone stays to themselves and are friendly. The place is well kept, they have a nice pool and fitness room. If you have any problems the maintenance is quick to respond and fix the problem. Give them a try.
