This is the absolute best insurance company office of Allstate or any company I have ever had! I have multiple policies with them and I always ask for Claudia. Claudia is the nicest, most amazingly helpful and pleasant agent to talk with; she really goes above and beyond to help explain everything to me. She always makes me feel welcome and at home when I ask her questions or need advice on what to do or how to handle setting up and managing my policies. They are the only choice in my book! I highly recommend!!!

I was rear ended by 2 cars behind me. The person at fault was insured by State Farm. All state had my car repaired for me.

Excellent service and rates. Always keeping me in the loop in regards to insurance offers and relevant issues that effect me and my insurance needs. Keeping customer service alive 👍.

Nice folks easy to work with

They don’t take care of there customers right. We had a big storm happen around here and my roof got messed up. I had to go in my own pocket to pay for repairs to my roof and my siding not done cause I am not able to afford it. I do not recommend AllState
