Communication is a little lacking and pricing is higher than some of the others on line for CPAP supplies. But this is who Medicare went to for our machine.

I would be very careful when using this company for sleep apnea supplies. The billing and insurance department are very incompetent and will over charge you. Then they will not refund the money, and then tell you that you owe them more money. This is despite the insurance company and the explanation of benefits stating something different. If you call to resolve the issue, the call will go to a third party in the Philippines and nothing will ever get resolved. This has been my experience and I have been using Apria for about a year and a half. Today I asked Dr Owens to send all my CPAP prescriptions to PETSCH Respiratory. I used to use them and they are awesome! I let the Doctor know about how I was treated with this company.

Contacted them 5 times before that got my insurance information correct. Do not like their automated phone system

The wheelchair delivered originally in the rehab hospital was the wrong size. Had to wait 2 days for the correct size to be re-ordered and shipped to store. When picking up, my wife found the lady working the front desk to be less than helpful.

After the paperwork was completed and submitted by me. I was told the Cpap unit would be mailed to me (no date given). Couple weeks passed and no delivery. I called Apria to inquire. The person who answers phone indicated she would call and find out the delay. Couple weeks went by again and I made a 2nd call only to find out I had to pick up my unit from my DM who initiated the request for my new unit. Had the Apria office worker known what she was doing I could have had my unit sooner. I felt she was rather abrupt on the phone and not very helpful.
