Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our server Bre was great considering she was working the Bar area as well as several tables. The food, specifically our Appetizer was cold. The quesadilla was not cooked thoroughly. The cheese was not melted, chicken was cold and even the manger said they could use more Pico de gallo. The ALL YOU CAN EAT shrimp were fried then refried and were greasy. Fries were cold until I spoke with manager and her demeanor was stale and dry. I didn't receive an apology for poor food. Bre was only associate working while others gathered at a table and talked. My 2nd round of fries were hot but the tenders were mediocre. No one informed me about NO coleslaw until it was too late.

Maddie was Fantastic she very prompt wirh service she was great with communications She even got her manager to verify our food because we are allergic to pork. All food was great Beef Nachos, Pretzels sticks with beer cheese, the chicken Alfredo did need seasoning Maddie bought us extra Parmesan cheese the chicken wanton, nachos and the Peach Buckets drink was 🔥 I had two, my husband Bud Light on draft and very reasonable for the price not expensive . So much food we took the rest to go

I'm gonna hope this Applebee's just had a bad night. No wait to be seated. Our waitress was very nice and polite. That's about it. Food took a while to get out. Food did not come out as hot as I'd expect it to. When our main course was ordered, it was 50 minutes before our food arrived and just like the appetizer, it didn't come out as hot and fresh as I expected. One of our meals had to be remade due to them forgetting about an allergy. A Mac and cheese was left out for our 2 year old. So 50 minutes initial wait plus 20 more minutes for the plate that had to be redone and the forgotten Mac and cheese. We have Been to a lot of Applebee's and unfortunately this one was the worst. We will be back and hopefully i can update my honest review in a positive way.

We went to round up our 4 of July outing for dinner at this location. Never had any problems before until this evening. When we walked we waited for someone to come to take us to our table for 5 people. At that time hardly anyone was there. The manager told they had to figure out were to seat us, mind you that to tables were with enough room for us. The waitress wasn’t very well trained as well as the greeter. We ordered our drinks and food. After 10 minutes she finally brought some of our drinks, we waited another 10 for other drinks that were sitting at the bar, we went and got them. After 30 minutes they brought us our food,but no silverware or napkins,which took another 10 minutes,by the food was cold. We also were missing the coleslaw with our fish and chips. I have been in this business and the employees (high school kids) were not well trained in customer service. We won’t be back!

I kinda felt like I was eating leftover pasta. After they brought extra sauce, it was better. If I never ate at Applebee's again, I'd be OK with it.
