I recently hired Apple Moving for my relocation and was thoroughly disappointed with their service. The moving crew appeared lethargic and unmotivated, which raised immediate concerns about the care they would take with my belongings. During the move, they mishandled several items, most notably a solid wood table. Instead of properly securing the hardware, they reinserted bolts into the table legs using excessive force, causing identical structural damage to all four legs. This suggests a lack of understanding or disregard for proper furniture handling techniques. Additionally, the team failed to label or mark boxes, making unpacking a confusing and time-consuming process. They also neglected to perform high-value item checks, a standard procedure I was assured would be completed. When questioned, they falsely claimed these checks had been done. Overall, the experience was marred by negligence and a lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend Apple Moving based on this experience

If there was 0 stars or negative I would do that. This was an awful experience. Moving in general sucks but wow, way to make it suck more than it needed to. The items that needed to be reassembled they did a half effort job- example: the put together the bed boards backwards (there were stickers on the boards that made it really easy to tell). We asked for boxes to be put in certain rooms and they just ignored everything we asked and stuck all the boxes we specified in a back closet upstairs. Didn’t go over the checklist correctly at all- literally reading numbers of the paper incorrectly (example: 85 was read off as 800-something) My husband was there for the majority and I came home towards the end and one of the movers literally was just hanging out on my couch texting and playing on his phone- my husband had asked him before I even got there if everyone was taking a break before finishing and this guy straight up said no and kept playing in his phone. One of the 3 movers wiped their booger on my wall which is absolutely gross and incredibly disrespectful (no it couldn’t have been us) We ended up just having them finish building what they were already working on and asked them to leave. There was still things that were supposed to be rebuilt but it was not even worth it- For someone to come and disrespect us in our own home when they are getting paid to do their jobs is beyond not okay.

please pay attention to this company, the carriers seem nice but they steal. My husband being in the army could not attend the move. They came and I was alone with my 1 year old daughter. They reassured me and immediately put me at ease but behind that mr's gaming headset and many others were stolen. The driver who was responsible for sending the effects did not send everything. He spent his time apologizing every time I contacted him and reassuring me that he would send the rest but I never received the rest. These are my daughter's toys (trampoline, slide...) and many other effects. I wanted to denounce them but eventually we decided to let it go. But I prefer to warn you to be careful with your valuables.

The worst move we have ever had (military move). So many things damaged from poor and careless packing. Packed 20 pound hand weights next to computer, took no account for fragile items, left things in the gutter with water while loading the truck, wrapped a furniture pad around monitor and of course it was broken. The movers/packers left early and didn’t finish packing the first day. We were told they were doing us a favor because our original mover quit. The next day they showed up four hours late. We called several times to find out when they would arrive. We had plans to be on the road for our cross country move. Once they arrived the movers were two elderly men and the owner’s mom who had a knee injury, so it took forever. Horrible service. They need training on how to properly pack or they need to find a new field of work. I am not overly picky and understand things break in moves. But, this was way beyond what is typical. We were shocked as we unpacked the boxes with the absolute disregard for our personal items.

They didn’t arrive professionally (slides and sweatpants for a move??), complained (and I quote “we have to move the whole apartment?” And I responded “yes, I’m MOVING”), and then to top it off why is it that everything I packed looked better than anything they packed but they’re the movers? Made it confusing when my items were dropped off as they didn’t inventory properly. They attached stickers to items then put those items in boxes (nonsensical) and had everyone confused as we thought a bunch of stuff went missing. Moving is tough I know, but their job is that they’re movers. That’s what they do.
