Annie's Inn Bed & Breakfast

Lovely and homey B&B! Really kind hosts! Clean and well maintained!

Main house was built in 1830. Each room had a private bathroom. Breakfast is included with a stay in the main house. Animals allowed in the carriage house. Pool available. Each room is decorated and very clean. 10 minutes from downtown Aiken. Hosts are very kind and inviting.

Our son had a 4 day ball tournament at Citizen's Park and we wanted to find someplace close to the park, but bigger than a hotel room. We wanted to have a place we could enjoy between games and stretch out as a family. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was easy to use, full size appliances and all the basic cooking needs, pots/pans/utensils, etc...the bed was soooo comfy, the bathroom was big and clean!!! Living space was nice and open, especially for the size. Cable TV and a swimming pool right outside your door. There is a super sweet patio to sit and enjoy and the grounds are beautifully done too. The laundry room is very clean (available 24/7). All linens (including pool towels) are provided. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The ball park was 9 minutes away (easy drive too). Scotty is a super host for sure!!! I would recommend Annie's Inn Bed and Breakfast to anyone going to Aiken, SC.

We were just there for an overnight stay, but the place was wonderful. The old house drips rustic charm, but is modernized in just the right places (bathrooms mostly). And clean, don't forget clean! The hosts Scotty and Dallas made us feel like part of the family and cooked a great breakfast. Makes us wish we had more reasons to go to Aiken!

Great cottages, clean, well stocked and what an amazing porch. The pool and patio is so relaxing. The owners are friendly, accommodating and great hosts. Highly recommend if you want to relax, unwind and recharged. So grateful we found it ♥️
