Don’t know what has happened to this place. Use to be really good. Walk in no one in the front. I have to go back and get someone. Then the lady said I should have rang the bell. Hair cuts were not even on our dogs and as checking out the price had gone up. She said the supplies cost more now and that’s why our charge was more. Told her we wouldn’t be back she could have cared less.

I took my golden doodle to this groomer a few weeks ago. I told the lady at the front desk that I wanted her entire body to have a short trim. However, after picking her up from her appointment, they not only cut her hair all the way down to her skin but also dug a huge hole in her tail, exposing part of the skin. That area got infected quickly and she keep picking on it as it kept causing her pain. It got so bad that I ended up having to take her to the vet. Before doing so, however, I went back to this place to complain about the poor job they did. When I walked in, the lady at the front desk looked terified as if she knew that I was upset about how they handled my golden doodle's haircut. After complaining to her, she apologized and said that she would make up for it by paying for the vet bill. My golden doodle's visit to the vet ended up with her having to wear a cone around her neck and take two medications. One was to treat the exposed area on her tail and another was to treat the anxiety she was facing from wearing the cone. The vet bill ended up costing $180, which was more than the $130 I spent for the haricut. When I went back to the groomer to collect the payment for it, the lady at the front desk lied about the exposed tail area that they caused by claiming that it was there before they took my golden doodle in and refused to pay it. I am furious about how this place screwed me and my dog over and tried getting out of making things right. The people running it are incompetent and scammers and I warn that you don't ever trust them with your pet. I will definitely never be returning to this place.

They treated my dog just like their own. Staff was super friendly and if I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Keep up the great work.

Animal House Grooming does an amazing job! They always go above and beyond to make sure my baby’s hair is cut exactly as I ask. They have great customer service as well. I highly recommend them!!
