I had an amazing experience with Anderson Heating and Cooling! The owner, Kennith Anderson, personally came out to help me, and I can’t say enough about what a kind, professional, and wonderful human being he is. His compassion and willingness to help went above and beyond, and it meant a great deal to me. The head technician, Bud, was also fantastic—thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He took the time to make sure everything with my system was running properly and explained everything clearly. From start to finish, the team showed a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out. I highly recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling to anyone needing HVAC services. You’ll be in great hands with Kennith and his team!

Contacted Andersons to do a diagnostic that we needed for a warranty from Mr. Cool . I took the time to explain we needed to have proof of certain issues to proceed with Mr. Cool to replace or sub out a repair. The lady on the phone stated that for the safety of their technicians the do a full diagnosis, not relying on what trouble shooting we have already done through Mr. Cool. Anyone who buys a DIY UNIT from Mr. COOL must follow Mr. Cools steps so warranty is not void. Knowing that we as customers still needed a reliable and trustworthy local service tech for future service. HOWEVER... The tech did find the issue. He was unable to give us reading etc. That were asked for us to get by Mr. Cool ( which i explained at time of making the appointment). Instead of diagnosis and info. The service tech told the it would be thousands to replace a valve on a brand new unit under warranty, and that they basically get what they pay for and they had to make some decisions. Meanwhile, stressing a 73 year old out that her new unit was useless... And tried to market THEM FOR A NEW UNIT... INTEGRITY TRUST COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW THROUGH .... kinda one sided. Only if you buy their products. NOT HERE TO HELP...

We have used Anderson multiple times and would not use any other company. They are fast & efficient. From the office staff to their technicians, they take the time to explain everything and their pricing is fair. After hours and weekends you will get the same excellent service. We highly recommend!

Jessie was the best technician! Very nice and professional. We will be calling again and requesting him and definitely recommend Anderson for your air conditioning needs. Had to turn the air off about an hour after he left!

We're very pleased with Anderson Heating and Cooling. The office is organized and responsive. Bud is the tech we most often work with. He's professional, personable, and knowledgeable. So happy to have made the switch to Anderson!
