Went for a rescreening of the movie RAD from 1986. Was amazing!! Definitely will attend when they replay shows from the past. Popcorn was hot and fresh and you can put as much or as little salt and butter on the popcorn as you like. Bar that has a wide selection of drinks . Concessions had a lot of options. Restrooms were clean and functional.

Saw 3 movies here within 2 weeks using the highest AMC Stubs insider perks. The A/C was blazing hot... so bad that I wanted to walk out 1/4 of the way into the movie every time. The only thing keeping me there was the high-priced tickets and popcorn. Thought maybe I was crazy, then realized from other reviews that this has been normal for a bit.

Visiting with my family from IL for the opening of Jurassic Park. Staff checking tickets were asked about the premiere lanyards for openiing day and they acted like they didn't know what I was referring to yet I'd already seen them given out when we purchased our tickets and hour before the showrime. I had to ask the manager 2 times before she finally acknowledged what I was saying. Upon entrance to the theater there was no air conditioning. Theater is hot and muggy! Our seats were filthy....trash and popcorn all over. Terrible service and experienced here, will. not patronize another AMC! If I could rate a huge 0 I definitely would.

Had a pretty negative experience here. We went to the mission impossible movie on Saturday, June 7. I spent over $80 on tickets for three people. When we arrived, we were told the air-conditioning was not working in the theater, but that was all, nothing about any options. We thought it wouldn’t be too bad so we got some popcorn which we had to wait 10 minutes for because they didn’t have any popped. And then went to the movie. We managed to sit through the movie, even though it was smoking hot in the theater. People were getting up and leaving, and people were then coming out of the theater, soaking wet from sweat. We went to the ticket counter and told them about our displeasure and they said well we told you before you went in. I said, but you didn’t offer to do anything about it And they said no, that was our decision. Just really bad customer service. They did give us a couple of passes for another time to go back. I don’t know if we’ll ever use them. I was also disgusted by the condition of the women’s bathroom over half of the stalls were out of use and it was dirty and gross in there. Such a shame and after we spent over $100 with tickets and food included.

I SO appreciate this theater. I literally drive 2 hours JUST to watch movies at this movie theater. Its the only place ive been to with heated seats, and they screen every format. Very clean theaters, comfortable seating, and with many showtimes throughout the day. Friendly staff and great prices. I go as often as I can, and I look forward to making the long trip over for a guaranteed positive experience.
