2022:04: Super easy experience. Came in about 30 minutes before closing time. The gentleman found my package, I gave him my code, he scanned the package. And I was on my way. Simple. This was my first experience with an Amazon Hub Counter. I can definitely see how this could be a great tool for those who would like some security in their Amazon shipments not being taken by porch pirates. Also, how it frees up the delivery services and drivers routes on a daily basis.
