I've been trying to find a reliable service technician for our solar and battery system in Savannah, with no success until I found AES. They responded immediately, and to my surprise a great technician (Lauren) called me late on a Friday and walked me through troubleshooting live through FaceTime, and solved a problem that was keeping the system down for 3 months! AES originally installed my system in 2018. It has worked reliably since then. Recently, they had to remove and replace my system so a roofing contractor could repair damage from Hurricane Helene. Their service staff was helpful and willing to coordinate with my roofer. The crew that did the removal and install worked quickly and around our schedule. There were no interruptions to life as usual. Even though we were recovering from a tough situation, AES kept their part of the process headache-free.
