ALLPRO Carpet Cleaning

If you value honesty and fair pricing, don’t use this company. We explained that we needed carpet stretching for one room of about 300 square feet and was told that it would cost “about” $200. We made an appointment, and he didn’t show up or even call. We gave him a second chance, and when he got to the house, the price jumped to $450. We obviously said that that was ridiculous and turned him away. My husband bought some basic carpet tools and did it himself in less than an hour. Just plain ridiculous.

ALLPRO did a AWESOME job on our carpets. They were able to get out old Kool-Aid & wine stains on our carpet. They were also great at getting old pet odors out of the carpet and leaving everything looking like brand new. I would definitely recommend AllPro to anyone & will definitely use them again. Great customer service and great prices. Thanks again!

Please do not confuse this company with Carpet Cleaning Pros as I did with an earlier negative review. Representative from this company contacted me right away to confirm whether I had the correct company in mind, and offered to make it right if they in fact were the one. That is excellent customer service. I would recommend giving them a try as I certainly will next time I need service.

I have used All Pro to clean our carpets annually (and sometimes biannually) for almost 10 years now. Andy is friendly and gets the job done each time. I now use them to also annually clean the cushions on our outdoor furniture. Highly recommend for your pre and post Masters cleaning!

I have used ALLPRO several times. Between pet accidents, dirt from normal tracking on carpet, upholstery being cleaned and even a FRESH spill of fingernail polish was gotten almost all the way out of the carpet. ONLY company I will trust to my fabric/carpet cleaning needs!
