Allied personnel at all levels of the chain did an outstanding job in preparing us for the move and in carrying out the actual move itself. The weather was against us, but that didn’t prevent your staff from doing a terrific job both in loading and in unloading our property. Plus the driver maintained constant contact with us to keep us informed during the moving process. Again, an outstanding job by Allied!

I don’t even know where to start. We hired them to move from GA to Utah. Amy, who was wonderful and incredibly supportive and knowledgeable came to our house to do a detailed walkthrough. This was about the only good thing. A coordinator was a signed to us named Donna. A truck came to our home 3/4 full on 12/30. They told us everything would fit. Fast forward, not everything fit so they had to send another truck. The created an overflow and put our stuff from the second truck into storage in Augusta, GA. The first truck arrived on 1/7 in Utah. The second truck has not left Augusta yet and won’t until the 18th of January (so they say). Through all of this, our coordinator Donna did not keep us updated at all. We had to reach out multiple times and some point she even got nasty with us. She stated we should have prioritized our goods when in the first place everything should have gone on one truck. We are talking about an almost 9000$ service. Donna was unsupportive and most importantly unprofessional. That being said, Amy is simply AMAZING. SHE deserves a 5***** review. She is reaching out to us and keeps us informed even though it is not her job.

A big worry made easy! Our driver (Salvador) is the best. Way experienced from doing this for many years, but treated us like we could have been his first big move and wanted to make a good impression. The hired movers under his supervision were fast and careful. We couldn't have been more pleased with how they handled our possessions and moved us 800 miles in 2 days. Highly recommend.

Drivers courteous and on time. Only one broken picture that was packed by driver. Would definitely use Allied again.

Allied van lines was a great choice for our move. We are very thankful for the service that they provided. They gave us a quote and recommended that them come back out to give another quote when the move got closer. They fix or replace items that were damaged in shipping. The level of professionalism is far above my expectations. This is not a paid review great job Allied!
