Alexander Drive Self Storage

Super professional staff and comfortable facilities. I will come back to Alexander Storage in summer time. Communication like no other, easy and available at all times. Storage is well located in Augusta and very safe. Couldn’t have made a better choice, highly recommended to everyone!

The process to get a unit was super easy. Lora was very helpful and went over all temperature levels. Unit even had a light! The entire process was very easy and stress free. Edit: I have had this storage unit for 5 long years and I am happy to say I never had to worry about the condition of my belongings. I never had ANY pest in my furniture and the temperature control and other amenities were very convenient. The staff were very helpful as well. You get what you pay for.

This storage facility was definitely one of the BEST facilities I have used. The customer service was excellent and Sandy was more than helpful and soo sweet. If you’re looking for a great place for storage definitely use Alexander Drive Self Storage!!!!

Staff are friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Move from VA on a PCS and ended up using their storage for three years until I PCSd again. Great rates for A/C and humidity controlled units. I would definitely use them again, highly recommend.
