BEST consignment store, hands down. I have been buying and selling at Aiken Tack Exchange since 2017, and it has been amazing to watch the growth and expansion over the years. We are so lucky to have such a fabulous resource for customers and consignors to be able to buy and sell their saddles, tack, riding clothes and more. They have a huge variety of everything in all disciplines, and everything is super clean and organized in their storefront, plus everything is available for sale on their website. I am not local to Aiken, so unfortunately, I can only shop in person when I come down during the winter season. But I buy items off their website to have shipped to me when I am back home. Everything has great pics and looks even better when it arrives in person. I always drop off tons of stuff when I come down, but I have shipped consignment to them as well. It is so nice to have the option for a check or to use the credit towards purchases which gives you even more in return as you automatically get extra credit when you use it. I usually leave my account to be able to use to buy stuff because they always have stuff I want and need. Or I use it for any saddles and tack repairs I need done as they offer those services in-house and always do quality work. I could not say enough good things about this company and staff who work there.

Best Tack Shop for buying and selling! Their super transparent process helped me recoup more money than I would have selling my items on my own. Also used money from my sales as store credit to get something I've had my eye on but couldn't find anywhere else online!

Best saddle inventory in the southeast. Friendly knowledgeable staff always willing to help. The owner is always available to answer questions and get you the best price for any of their merchandise.

This store is amazing ! Amazing store front staff , very polite and hard working crew . The office always is quick to mail out checks and get Back to me if I leave a message regarding an item . The owner works her tail off making sure everything gets handled in a timely manner . Great company all around !

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Initially, they were great to deal with when I took a saddle on trial — friendly, responsive, and helpful. However, once I returned the saddle, everything changed. It’s now been over 5 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. Even more frustrating, they no longer answer the phone, respond to texts, or reply to emails. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch, with no success. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially after they were so responsive at the start. I would be very cautious dealing with them if you’re considering a trial or return. Very disappointing.
