I bought my home in 2018 with an in-ground salt water swimming pool and NO KNOWLEDGE on how to care for it. This company has held my hand and taught me everything I needed to know to care for my pool and keep it beautiful. Karen and everyone that works here has gone above and beyond to help. During the hurricane of 2024 when salt was almost impossible to get and many computer systems were down, this company treated me like family, let me take the bags of salt I needed and contacted me later for payment when “the world” became normal. I just am so thankful for Aiken Swimming pool and will be doing business here for a long time coming.

Very please with our vinyl pool installation! Service was (is still) excellent by Frank and Darren. The pool was completed ahead of schedule, and we are enjoying our summer via poolside!

Aiken pool has been great. They will give you help and advice and never make you feel obligated to solely use them. They also don’t sell you unnecessary chemicals so you have to keep coming back time and time again for the next chemical. Legit. They fix you issues and help you keep a clean pool.

The service at Aiken Swimming Pool has greatly improved over the past two years, and their current staff members seem to work very hard to accommodate customers. I had an issue with my filter a few weeks ago, and they were able to solve the issue promptly to keep my pool looking good! I will be doing business with them in the future.
