Management is great! Pamela is the best!! You will have a great experience very professional! I recommend this location. She also has another location off whiskey rd feel free to ask her, might be a better location.

Prices nearly doubled in the past year. Property manager and her husband are rude to everyone and send regular emails putting peoples business on blast rather than directly communicating with individuals and leaving it at that. Most other places are similarly priced and I’m sure hassle everyone way less. They did away with their payment kiosk recently too.

Definitely recommend this place for all your storage needs. Pamela is absolutely amazing and will help you out however she can. They have 24 hour accessibility and surveillance to ease your mind. They have trailer parking that fit my 30ft'r with ease.

Great facility!! They need to invest in a couple more of the rolling carts to help customers move in and out!!!!! I know it was probably busier than what normal will be, however when we pulled up, there were 3 U-hauls at the facility and we made the 4th. They only have 3 carts. So they were already being used. One of the trucks left before we could get out. Another mover jumped at the chance to use 2 carts and therefore we didn't have access to a cart. In the future there will be people who are moving in and out on the same day. This is the nicest facility in town. The problem we had is going to happen a lot. To make customers more satisfied, PLEASE add at least 2 more carts!!! Thank you!!

I've been with this storage unit for 3 years now. They changed the price on me by $11 claim they sent me 8 emails stating that the rate change was going to go up, and then the woman on the other end of the phone continued to get rude with me. I will be in search of yet another stoarge unit bc of new owners taking over changing things for the worse and not the better. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
