Price was OK, however very difficult to pay, have to keep calling usually multiple days and messages to do so. Link sent each month does not work. Usually gate is unlocked, but today it is locked and code supplied does not work, and again no one answers the advertised (9am-7pm 7 days a week) phone number 803-679-1215. Now I have wasted 30 minutes sitting here at gate, and again multiple phone calls and messages. Needs new management

It has not been a bad experience. The monthly bill is usually sent to my phone with a link to pay. I did not receive bills for November & December but thankfully I remembered it 1st week of January. Hopefully, that will get corrected.
