Aiken Ophthalmology and the Carolina Surgery Center

My first visit was an excellent experience. The entire staff was exceptionally kind and professional from start to finish. I appreciated the convenience of being able to order my new glasses on-site, truly a one-stop shop. Dr. Potter took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly answered all my questions, and clearly explained my treatment options. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality care and outstanding service.

Dr. Potter is amazing. he is totally involved in his patients condition. He listens then makes his disclosures. My wife and I are so grateful to have found Aiken Ophthalmology, a local and experienced business. Every member of the staff greeted us like we were family. We were in and out in no time at all. They know how to smile there. There was plenty of room for parking with more than one handicap parking stall and the parking lines were bright white. We were really happy with the walking ramp as it is difficult to clime stairs for us. The offices were extremely well kept and clean. There were more than just one writing pen actually there was a basket, and they all worked. The array of eye wear available for sale was well stocked and well displayed.

Dr. potter and Staff are absolutely the best. I cancelled my appointment last year due to surgery, so I was surprised of the additional test, but happy for them. That's just doing things right the first time.

Very pleased. They were able to fit me in the schedule. Dr took a lot of time with me and handled all of my concerns. Next morning I had to call on-call service and my call was promptly returned.

My first visit today exceeded any expectations I had. All the staff were friendly and competent, from front desk to technicians to Dr Hamlin to the Optician. It was a wonderful experience and I will be a permanent patient and I even made an appointment for my wife, who has also been looking for a good Ophthalmology practice. It was clean, well set up and wait times were minimal. I was super impressed. I also noticed that they were quite busy, always a good sign. I highly recommend.
