I love the doctors and nurses they’re lovely! But the amount of time they have patients waiting is ridiculous. I would literally have to block off 2 hours for an appointment because they would never call me back on time. You sit in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes past your appointment. This is hard for working and stay at home mom as no kids are allowed for an appointment so if you get a babysitter you have no idea what time you will be home. They are always behind. Also the front office staff I called five times to schedule an appointment over the phone and they never returned my call…I finally left a message for my doctor’s medical assistant concerning it and then finally got a call back. They need to get more staff to accommodate the amount of patients they have!

I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. You are always waiting for hours just to be seen for 20 minutes. They never answer any phone calls. It has taken 3 months for them to send the referral to a diabetic specialist. They push off any complaints or issues you have as “just a part of the pregnancy”. I only gave it one star because although they are negligent and extremely slow they speak to you kindly. If you have any complications or are a first time mom I would NOT recommend them because you won’t get a great experience. The only reason I have not transferred doctors is because they are full around my due date due to high transfers from this very office. DO NOT COME HERE, take the extra 15/20 minutes to go to Augusta or the next closest OBGYN!

Update 03/27/2025: I can no longer communicate with my physician’s nurse. Every message sent goes through administration. I suppose admin, since the location change, no longer holds control over the lock to the door to get to my physician. They now have control over my communication with my physician. I highly recommend Dr. Gloria Rouhani. I seriously don’t trust the front desk personnel at her office. I love my physician, Dr. Rouhani, and her nurse. The front desk staff at this place is dysfunctional and some of the individuals are nothing short of rude and controlling. My last visit, 03/10/2025, I needed to use the restroom The one in the main hallway was covered in diarrhea so I asked if I could use the one in the office. I was rudely asked by front desk personnel who I was, who was I there to see, what time was my appointment, etc. once the wizard who has control of the door lock button let me through I was asked the same questions again by another front desk employee. She then informed me I could only use the bathroom of my provider at the very end of the hall. No problem. I went. I used. I came out and my doctor’s nurse was waiting for me. She said she recognized my voice and they were ready to take my vitals and get appointment going. I told her I’d left my jacket and hat in the lobby. The nurse said just go get them and come on back. Sounds so simple. The door wizard would NOT let me back through to my physician’s office. Now I was separated from my purse which I had left in the exam room. What is going on at this place!!?

I rarely leave reviews, but after the experience I had today- I think it’s time. Aiken OBGYN is the only OB provider I’ve ever been to, and I always thought of the office as a safe place due to the help provided during a difficult pregnancy. Ever since then, I’ve felt a shift in the care provided and it’s been hard to miss. About 10 years ago, I’d mentioned a complaint to a certain OB that intercourse hurt, I had severe abdominal pain, and was constantly cramping and in pain. Do you know what I was I initially told to do and try for a couple months? Change positions during intercourse and take Tylenol for the cramping. Mind you, I was 18 at the time & absolutely should NOT have been in as much pain as I was. 6 YEARS later, I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis once I was referred to a different specialist doctor in office- all kind words to Dr. Minto and her staff and honestly all of the staff that assists behind those closed doors! Ultimately, I ended up having a full hysterectomy. After the surgery I was having difficulty sleeping due to my hormones being out of whack. Guess what I was told- have you tried taking Benedryl? What? I took it though, laughed it off because there’s been plenty of little things like that over the years. Well today’s experience in addition to everything else is the reason that I will never recommend Aiken OBGYN to any woman with a clean conscience. I had an appointment at 9, which they have rescheduled multiple times. When I arrived at the office I’ve been going to for years, I saw a sign letting me know that the office had moved. Fine, no big deal I’ll just head to the new location (20 minutes away) and give them a call to let them know what’s going on. Did you know that you can no longer speak to a person for help directly? You have to leave a message and the prompt tells you that they will contact you on the following business day. Never in my life have I had such a difficult time reaching a physical person to speak to. What ...

Dysfunctional and unorganized!!! I had a appointment today and I had it for over a month now,I filled out the check-in process over the phone,so when I arrived I wouldn't have to much to fill out,so I get their give them all the necessary information and I go sit down. Within 20 mins They call me back up there just to tell me I'm to early for my annual appointment,now mind you I've had this appointment set for over a month and nobody reached out to me and let me know anything! The front desk workers set my appointment up knowing their policy regarding the insurance and me being seen b4 my whole one year! I took off work just to get to this appointment and never got seen so my day was wasteful. No one seems to care no apology or any accommodation just told me to reschedule!!
