Aiken County Residential Collection Center #4

This place is pretty nice and well kept. The only reason for the one star review is because after looking at the website, and reading the brochure to make sure i could drop off antifreeze, the employees there lied to me for some reason and said they do not take it. The sign they have on site at the oil tent even said they take antifreeze.

UPDATE!! They have paved the road to the recycle/trash collection point. So much safer now that the road is paved. Nice new area however how about paving the road up to the recycle center. I understand past this recycle center is the landfill but that’s not an excuse for residents to drive down a mud road since they moved center 4 to here.

When you give your neighbor a ride and they won't let you dump, my 6 bags and his 8 bags of trash, because we are in the same vehicle. This is prejudice and unequal treatment against people with no cars... How many bags can a gold cart , or bicycle drop off. Stupid rules, stupid manager...no wonder people throw trash everywhere...this is our tax money at work....

Very nice place. However when I took my Dad's trash. I was having trouble getting bag into compactor and the man just sit there and watched instead of asking me if I needed help.

The little older men that work there r always so kind. Idk how much they get paid, but in this heat n with them being older n working so hard while being kind to everyone definitely deserves a raise in my eyes. Instead of retiring y'all r still working hard everyday. Thank u for everything.
