I came here because I've applied at a great number of places, have a great resume, and still can't seem to get hired anywhere. This place didn't offer me anything but to use their computer to apply to jobs. What is the point of this place, if I can just do that at home? Thanks for nothing I guess.

Made a Apointment with the vet rep there last week. I show up at the right time and she’s in a meeting. No phone call to let me know or reschedule. They ask me do I want to sit and wait over and hour or look on the computer for jobs. I told them neither. I have my own computer and I was there for resumé assistance. Out of all the employees I saw in that office standing around doing nothing but talking to each other, there was no one who could do resume writing. I’d be better off going to a different county.

Office is supposed to open at 8:30 a.m. I show up at 9:00 a.m. and office is closed. Google and the sign on the door states they are supposed to open at 8:30. Very inconvenient for me.

While I have been given awesome help inside when registering which is necessary to get anything else done I found that comprehension of people answering phones is probably on the low end or the Work Keys test. I asked for specific information on a minute phone and the woman (which I had to call around to get this basic information) began telling me about the WIOA program. I was telling her I'm in a program and need to get time for workshops. I finally had to tell her she is eating my minutes with nonsense I'm not interested in and please just give me the times. It literally took 3 calls for workshop times. Listening to people is a skillset which far too many people in positions of answering questions don't have.

Was there for a summer job with my school that said I could get a job and transportation will be provided. So on Thursday I had to do some paper work up here. Before I even started signing paper I asked if Transportation was provided like it said on the paper Tiffany Smith said that she didn't know I would have to go to the meeting on Wednesday , but she did not know what time or where it would be held at so she said she would give me a call. Monday come around I still haven't got a call so I message her asking if she known anything and she said no. Wednesday comes and I still haven't gotten any calls. That Friday she ( Tiffany Smith) calls saying I missed the meeting. How was I supposed to know there was a meeting if you never did your job and gave me the information to where and when it was like you said you would. That same day (Friday) she told me I needed to come there at 3 (it was 2:30) to sign paperwork for what I missed Wednesday. I go up there to a different lady she makes me sign more paperwork I asked her is Transportation provided like it says on the paper she says no I don't know why they put that on the paper...point is they are very unorganized and unprofessional.
