Shannon at the Master of Equity department was professional kind showed us incredible patience. She listened and answered every question and stayed on the phone with us until we were confident about how to continue about our business. Absolutely a great experience especially in an era when so much is done online we were treated by Shannon as if she was helping her own family can't say enough about her knowledge and kindness. Very thankful she helped us.

Absolutely what this country is not supposed to be.. never have I heard of back dating a failure to appear from the case settling... Then arrested two times for the same warrant... We the people need to make changes in the community. How much more complaince could someone be .. you're the problem in this country

SANDY from the child support department was EXTREMELY RUDE and unhelpful. With the new transition with the new “Way-to go” , I had some questions/issues that she couldn’t answer nor point me in the right direction. How does she have a job with customer service???!!! At one point during the conversation I mentioned I talked to another person from another number that was given to me from her and she clearly stated,” Couldn’t have talked to a person if it was automated”. Felt like she was calling me a liar. Fighting the situation instead of solving it... sad...

My experiences in 40+ years is the same when I go there. I hope and pray for improvement. There are a few nice ones but according to your situation. It's hit and miss. Most there I've encountered it's about power over someone instead of treating someone like you would like to be treated. Honest

I guess they completely ignore state laws and make up their own rules as they go and no one cares
