EDIT 3/16/2025 AWFUL! HORRIBLE! PATHETIC! UNBELIEVABLE, REALLY! In 3 months! - I have had to move 3 times to different units because of broken doors on the units! The "security " fence around the property was ran down by some idiot and they haven't even repaired that yet after almost 2 months! And still charging a full premium! I was suppose to get either my first month free or my first 2 months half off (what's the difference?!) And they couldn't even do that right! I still had to call back several times to work out these continuous problems! This company is LAZY and OBNOXIOUS to deal with. The only pleasant things during this entire fiasco, are the lovely people at the call centers that I have spoken with each time a problem has occurred. They are almost like a middle man, taking notes, and then passing the word onto the property managers. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Tiffany Wright Rented a 10x15 storage unit online in advance and when I arrive to the unit the door was off the tracks and hanging freely. I called customer service and spoke to Tiffany Wright and another gentleman who were exceptional in solving the problem and transferring me to a usable unit while also adjusting transfer fees. The only negative thing I could say is that the property isn't very well lit, but other than that it's been a good experience.

I am very thankful and happy with cannon secure storage. I would recommend them to everyone!

I reserved online. This allowed me to call the next day to finalize renting(which could have been completed on line). The representative was thorough and patient getting everything taken care of for me on the 2 units. We paid in advance and he made sure I had all email receipts before turning me loose. He also explained the ins and outs of the facility and urges me to call if any problems or concerns. Thank you!!! Less worry on us now.

The unit I got was a 10X10 for only $30 a month, the unit was clean and easily accessible, there are security cameras. The only thing I do not like is the lock on the gate is a combination lock and some of the other renters leave the lock open when they are in there so anyone can go by there and get the combination, otherwise overall good quality for the money.

I rented a storage space online with help of customer service. They have a great customer service and know what they are doing. They made renting a unit easy. What I like about this particular place, they actually pick up the phone.
