Manager was very helpful and kind, I was told that his associate had a disability (I totally understand) but this man genuinely seemed like what I was asking for him to do (his job) seemed like a chore with the deep exhales, making faces as if what I said was the dumbest thing in the world. Also would like to point out that he is hard of hearing, but that should NOT interfere with how he treats people. Because he clearly heard me, engaged, and decided to reply with a clear answer with attitude.

The store on Georgia Avenue in North Augusta is the best! The employees there are willing to take the time to explain anything I need them to and I've never had to wait even 20 minutes for a pickup order to be ready. These guys really go several extra miles to help you when you need it!😎❤️😎.

My battery practically died on me the other night. I literally was by myself and I had to call roadside service and they took forever. I finally got a family member to come and give me a boost. I call the Advance Auto on Edgefield Rd and was told that they do not install batteries after dark. This made me not to want to shop at Advance Auto again. However, I ended up going to Georgia Avenue and was approached by Glenn and Chris. They were so passionate about their jobs and so willing to help me. I felt so relieved. They assured me that they would take care of me and that I was safe and everything would be fine. These two gentlemen deserve of some type of award for the immaculate customer service they gave. I will forever be grateful and continue to shop at this location due to the immaculate customer service. Great Job guys🥰

Glen was fantastic. My car started becoming sluggish to crank and seemed to be losing power. I'm no mechanic but pretty mechanically inclined so it was EXTREMELY nice to not be treated like I had No clue what was going on because Im a female. As suspected the battery was failing. He helped me make the best choice and installed it. Very professional and courteous ! Service like this is why I will continue to use this specific store!
