Marcus and his crew this morning went above and beyond for me. I needed a new battery and they did everything to make sure i was happy. 10/10 recommend them!!!!!!!

I have had numerous issues with parts stores,it very expensive and well you understand why people order on line from out of town but this store has never made a mistake and if they did it wouldn't sway me from buying from here because the guys that work here are great so keep it up!Good work pays off!Thanks Guys/Gals!

I did a pickup order at this location. Guy behind the counter was able to pull my order quickly. I was in and out in a couple of minutes. I couldn’t have asked for more; great job!

I love this place. It always has the products and hardware I need for my automotive projects. The staff are professional, personable, and always willing to help customers.

We ordered an item yesterday from this store, only to find out the person who gave us the item gave us the wrong one. No problem. We take it back today to get the correct one. Our receipt clearly did not match the part number we were given. The guy behind the counter was very unprofessional. He made the comment that we must have ordered the item on line and ordered the wrong one. He wanted to know what we were going to do about getting the correct one. He wanted to know if we were going somewhere else to get it. Well if that's the case , that's none of his business, but it wasn't. He jumped the gun without letting us tell him that, no we did not buy it on line. We got it from this same store and was given the incorrect item. We had to get a little rude cause he was being unprofessional. All we wanted was him to go to the back and give us the correct one that matched our receipt without all his unnecessary comments and conclusions. If your going to work in the retail industry, take a moment and listen to the customer before you make a fool of yourself. It will be a long time before I walk back into that store.
